Newcastle Falcons have secured the services of prop Richard Palframan until at least 2027, following the agreement of a new two-year deal. The 31-year-old, who joined from Worcester Warriors in 2021, has become a pivotal figure in the Falcons' lineup, making 51 appearances and bringing valuable experience from his stints with London Irish and London Scottish.

Steve Diamond, Director of Rugby, expressed his enthusiasm about the renewal: 'Palf has been instrumental for us on the tight-head side. Extending his contract was a priority. He’s not just a fantastic player but also a great character who contributes significantly both on and off the field.
