Wolves Secure Norwegian Talent David Moller Wolfe in a £10m Deal
Wolves have bolstered their defense by signing Norwegian left-back David Moller Wolfe from AZ Alkmaar for £10m, marking their third summer acquisition.

Wolves have officially announced the signing of Norwegian international David Moller Wolfe from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar. The 23-year-old left-back has joined the Premier League side on a five-year deal, with the transfer fee reported to be around £10 million.
Wolfe, who has made 92 appearances for AZ Alkmaar, scoring four goals and providing 10 assists, expressed his excitement about the move. "I'm so, so happy and so proud to be a part of Wolves, so I'm over the moon right now," he said in an interview with the club's official website.
The defender also highlighted the significance of joining the Premier League, stating, "Obviously, the Premier League is a big, big league, especially also in Norway. It's the biggest league that people watch, so when a Premier League club came in, and Wolverhampton came in for me, I was extremely keen on joining."
Wolfe has been capped 12 times by Norway and will reunite with his international teammate Jorgen Strand Larsen at Molineux. "I have spoken to Jorgen," Wolfe added. "He only has positive things to say about the club, about the people in the club, about the fans and about the city. So I can't wait to see his face and train with him again."
Wolfe could make his debut for Wolves in their final pre-season fixture against Celta Vigo on Saturday, 9 August. This signing is part of Wolves' strategy to strengthen their squad under the guidance of manager Vitor Pereira, who has already brought in Jhon Arias and Fer Lopez earlier this summer.
