Patrick Reed Triumphs in Thrilling LIV Golf Dallas Playoff
Patrick Reed clinches victory at LIV Golf Dallas in a dramatic four-way playoff, marking his first win on the LIV Tour.

Patrick Reed emerged victorious at the LIV Golf Dallas event after a nail-biting four-way playoff. The 34-year-old American golfer finished the tournament at six under par, alongside England's Paul Casey, South Africa's Louis Oosthuizen, and Japan's Jinichiro Kozuma.
Reed, who transitioned from the PGA Tour to LIV Golf three years ago, secured his win with a challenging birdie putt on the first playoff hole. Despite leading by three shots heading into the final day, Reed faced a tough round, finishing three over with a score of 75.
England's Tyrrell Hatton briefly led on the back nine but a double bogey on the 12th hole dashed his hopes, leaving him one stroke behind at five under par. Meanwhile, five-time major champion Brooks Koepka withdrew from the event on Friday following an incident where he hit a tee box marker into the crowd after a poor tee shot on the ninth hole. Koepka cited illness as the reason for his withdrawal after a bogey on that hole left him at seven over par.
This victory marks a significant milestone for Reed on the LIV Tour, showcasing his resilience and skill under pressure. The event highlighted the intense competition and dramatic moments that make LIV Golf a thrilling spectacle for fans worldwide.
