Jack Wilshere, the former Arsenal and England midfielder, concluded the season as the interim manager for Norwich City after the dismissal of Johannes Hoff Thorup on April 22. Club's Decision

Despite his efforts, Norwich City's sporting director, Ben Knapper, confirmed that Wilshere is not in contention for the permanent managerial position. Knapper emphasized that the club's search for a new manager will be externally focused. "Jack is a fantastic person, and we share a significant history together," Knapper stated, recalling their time at Arsenal. "He's a great coach and will undoubtedly become a fantastic head coach, but not at Norwich City at this moment."
